Terms and conditions

1. Identification
The flowtooption.com website is operated by Techgeneration, Lda. ("flowtooption"). For any question regarding these terms, contact hello@flowtooption.com.
2. Purpose and professional nature of the service
The website presents flowtooption’s software products (SignFlow, RoomsFlow, AccountFlow, PassFlow, VenueFlow and EventFlow) and lets you request information, a demo, or create an account directly for the self-service products.
The products are intended for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their activity — creating an account requires a company name and tax ID (NIF). They are not aimed at end consumers within the meaning of Portuguese consumer-protection law.
3. Account creation and product access
Creating an account provisions dedicated access on the chosen product, tied to the email provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the password secure and to ensure the accuracy of the information provided (company name, tax ID, email).
Each subscription grants access to one specific product; activating optional add-on modules (where available) is done on request and billed separately.
4. Pricing, trial period and billing
The price, billing model (flat, per user, or per unit) and whether a trial period applies are shown before account creation, for the chosen plan. No charge is made without this information being shown first.
When a trial period applies, access starts immediately with no payment; the first charge only occurs at the end of that period, with prior notice. When the plan has no trial period, payment is required at the time the account is created.
Billing is monthly and renews automatically while the subscription is active, with a corresponding invoice issued.
5. Payment methods
Depending on the product and plan, payment can be made via Multibanco/MB WAY, credit card, or Revolut Pay. Payment data is handled directly by the respective provider (see the Privacy Policy) — flowtooption never accesses or stores card numbers.
6. Cancellation and suspension
The subscription can be cancelled at any time by contacting support; cancellation prevents future charges but does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund of periods already paid.
If a payment fails or is missing, the account enters a 7-day grace period, after which access is suspended until payment is settled.
7. Right of withdrawal
As this is a contract entered into by a company in the course of its professional activity, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumer contracts under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014) does not apply. Specific requests for reconsideration can always be raised with support.
8. Add-on modules
Some products offer optional modules sold separately from the base plan. Activation is done on the customer’s request and confirmed by flowtooption; the module’s cost is added to the following monthly invoice while it remains active.
9. Intellectual property
The flowtooption brand, symbol, product names and all website content are the property of flowtooption and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
